Northern Orlais

In the northern parts of Orlais, close to the border of Nevarra are the cities Val Chevin, Montfort, Gishlain, Churneau and Arlesans located. In the past years these cities have been in struggle and war with those of Nevarra, but after peace treaty was made between the two countries, there has only been a high tension and superstition among them. The land itself shows many scars of war, but in the years of peace it has prospered. Now the Marquis of the northern lands have chosen to stand with Empress Celene against Gespard in the civil war, what the outcome will be, no one knows.
