Zephyrus is one of the Tevinter Archon's most powerful and trusted Magisters sent to analyse and capitalize on the war in the south.

What exactly this particular Magister's plans are is a bit of a mystery, that's part of the reason he can't be trusted. He's a charming yet devious old fox with many dark secrets. If you wish to have some history with him then I'm sure we can work something out seeing as he has acted has a diplomat on numerous occasions and visited most Thedosian nations in his years.
Anyway, I think there's much fun to be had with him and I will do my best to make sure that is the case.
