The small group kept their steady pace towards their Destination they had been dispatched by the Empress from her position at Denerim in order to inspect the army. They were unsure how many solders had been willing to follow the Empress and with them gathering, it was the perfect chance to see both the solders and officers that had followed her. Gerard had been sent to carry out this mission not that he minded much it meant he could visit Orlais for a few days while he carried out his orders.
Gerard nudged his horses flanks telling the Animal to speed up slightly and the two Knights following him did the same. It wasn't long before they reached their goal stopping at the gate to the city and showing the Guard the form with the Empresses Seal. That was all it took for them to get inside and Gerard and his followers dismounted their Horses before beginning to look around. Gerard turned to the Guard who had shown them in and Spoke. "I wish to speak with who ever is in Command here tell them this Command comes from the Empress here self."
The Solder nodded before going to carry out the order he wasn't dumb most solders in Orlais knew who he was and it only made the man quicker. You did not Refuse and order from Gerard Gaudreault the White wolf of Orlais. Gerard chose to remain in the court yard while he waited for who ever the Guard would fetch his Silverite plate shineing slightly in the light as he waited the white cloak marking his office hanging over his shoulder stoping just at the ground.

"It'll be a pleasure working with you then, mademoiselle."
"And to you the same, monsieur."
In the room sat an odd pair. On one side of the long plank table was a man, the perfect example of a warrior. He was clad in bright armor with a sword on his hip and a shield leaning against the unreliable wooden chair. His armor gave hints of a more regal position in the army, although his face still held the steely gaze of a hardened warrior. On the other side of the table sat an oddity. First of all, she was a woman. Her light green eyes compared to her tanned brown skin. Her dark chestnut hair laid daintily on her shoulder, the waves hanging loosely while her bangs were braided against the top of her forehead. The woman wore a somewhat regal looking set of dark green leather armor. The top rested tight against her chest, while the lower was a loose arrangement of straps in the formation of a skirt. She wore a pair of knee high boots to protect her feet. She tapped her fingers against the wooden chair, matching the man's gaze with a look of ice. Her eyes met his, and she could nearly taste the distrust on her tongue. Of course, it was no surprise. The nobles had done little to nothing to help the Empress keep her place. Even she had done nothing, despite her distaste for the current ruler. Her face creased into a slight frown. Despite the awkward silence that hung in the air, she had no where else to go. Her name was Cecille, and she was starting a rebellion.
Her and a few others had decided they were not pleased with the new 'emperor', Gespard. Together, they created a hero and decided to use him to spark a rebellion. His name was David, and he came from Jadar, where Cecille currently was. They entered him into the grand tournament as an insult to the emperor, and he won. However, the emperor quickly countered. Orlais was put into a war.. with the newly found hero forced to fight for the emperor. With no way of leading the rebellion, the responsibility fell onto Cecille. After her a few other nobles recruited as many nobles as they quietly could into the rebellion, she decided to follow a rumor about the empress' army hiding in Jadar. She was pleased to find the rumor was true.
"We have a batch of nobles willing to join, and the hero that won the great tournament will represent the common folk." She mumbled. She was still somewhat upset with the circumstances. Her and David, well.. they had a small thing going on. Not a clear thing, but.. a thing. A thing that got postponed due to the stupid war and won't be able to resume until the rebellion is finished.
Suddenly, a guard barged in and mumbled to the commander. The commander stood up, nodding for her to follow him. She looked at him inquisitively. He rolled his eyes and began to speak firmly.
"Gerard Gaudreault is here."
Cecille perked an eyebrow, immediately standing. Celene's personal guard himself. She had heard many stories of the man, but never met him. This seemed like the opportune time if any. The commander led her back to the courtyard, where a man and a few knights stood. The commander saluted, although Cecille simply inspected the man. The commander narrowed his eyes at her, before he turned to Gerard to speak. However, Cecille struck the first blow.
"Well, the captain of the royal guard himself is here. Perhaps you'd like to indulge us with your reason?" She grinned, wrapping her arms elegantly across her chest. The commander shot her a quick glare, but quickly looked back to Gerard. Despite her informality, it was easy too tell the commander wanted to know as well.

Gerard didn't have to wait long for the commander of the forces to be brought to him and he noticed that the Commander wasn't alone. Both the Knights with the White wolf noticed this as well and also stood at attention behind their Lord Commander though it was mostly for show. Gerard greeted both a curt nod before the girl began to speak though caught slightly off guard he didn't let it show. Gerard studied both for a second before he spoke his tone holding his normal calm controlled tone.
Gerard only needed a second to gather his thoughts as to how to begin before he did. Straight to the point then mademoiselle very well I shall not waste your time Empress Celene has sent me to Inspect the Forces Loyal to her as well as to informer her of the Noble's with and Against her. Normally she would have come her self but she is other wised Occupied and has chosen to trust my expertise as well as that of the commanders already here."
Gerard stood straight not really showing much emotion though he did give both a quick once over spending a little more time on the Woman then the commander. The commander looked like your Average warrior wearing armor much like your Average noble would wear his sword on his side and from his Stance simply standing Gerard could already tell the man was missing his shield.
The Woman was slightly more not worthy wearing Regal leather armor with her dark hair slightly draped over her shoulder she looked like she could hold her own in a fight but only time would tell. Gerard was wearing the Standard armor of his position which was a Full plate armor forged of Silverite and white steel with a White Cloak attached at his Shoulders. Unlike his fellow Royal Guard members he didn't wear the Helmet unless on the battle field on the chest of his armor was the Royal crest marking him as a member of the royal guard. Gerard waited to see how they would React the the Empress sending messenger to check on things rather then simply comeing herself even if Gerard was better suited for the task.
