Gear: A gold and jewel encrusted axe he plundered from an ancient paragon's tomb. It is incredibly heavy even for humans but Gorin can actually hold it with one hand. He has some fake gold rings that he uses as brass knuckles and has a bracelet that was made to match his axe which he wears proudly. His boots have steel inlaid into the weaving so as to give more power to his kicks.
CHARACTERISTICS
Appearance: Gorin is four feet exactly but stalky and buff in terms of horizontal areas. His body hair is so thick, he hardly ever needs to wear coats in the winter and has various tattoos from mercenary groups and pirate crews he had been a part of in his past. His long braided beard have a couple rings on them one of them was his fathers. He is blind and scarred in one eye so he wears patch to hide his disfigurement. His mohawk makes Gorin appear taller than most dwarves and his flaming orange hair is unique enough among dwarves to make him stand out...of course the rest of his features kind of already do that don't they? He also has a silver tooth visible when he snarls or smiles.

HISTORY
Born to a father who was a stone crafter and jeweler and a mother who left to join the Legion of the Dead after being accused of fixing a Proving match and wanting to avoid execution, Gorin was raised to follow his father's footsteps. This profession however did not fit his rebellious and adversarial nature. As soon as he could carry a weapon, he began searching the Deep Roads without a permit and carried a weapon though he was not part of a warrior caste. Being on thin ice as he was, Gorin went to far when he discovered the tomb of a paragon from winning a map from an arm wrestling match at the bar. Taken in by the beauty of the Paragon's axe, he raided the tomb and took it as his own.
When this deed was discovered by the drunken ramblings of a loose lipped friend of his, Gorin was hunted down. This was the last straw, robbing from a paragon was an act punishable by death. After disposing of the guards who were after him he took the axe and paid to be smuggled out of Orzammar and found himself in Tevinter. The only regret that Gorin has concerning this experience was that Gorin would later learn that his father had committed suicide so as to avoid becoming casteless for his son's decisions. This has been one of the only events that has brought shame to Gorin.
Since then Gorin has lead the life he had always dreamed of. He can choose his jobs, who to respect and who to reject and make his own living and legacy without being tied down. He has done odd jobs and mercenary work since then for groups such as the Coterie, the Carta, White Falcons and various others. He has also played the role of bodyguard to several lords but none of real mention as of this time. He has also been on the tourney circuit for some time now, going form contest to contest to test his might.
