Free spirited and sexual. She is into very nearly everything sexually and she is the type to do anything gorgeous. And she loves nothing more than her ship and the ocean.
What was the most important event in Mariana's life to date?
Probably when the Antivan's sunk her father's ship. That was the first time she really realized that no one is immortal and resulted in the first time she was grounded. Being stuck on land is probably the cruelest thing that could happen to her.
What was your favorite thread that Mariana was in? Why?
Oh dear, that is difficult. I kind of like them all. I suppose I'd have to go with In the Name of my Ship. It is not as emotional or dramatic as Together Alone, but there is more action in it. It really shows off her personality and how she interacts with people and how she handles danger.
Where do you see Mariana going in the future?
Haha, oh I have her life pretty much plotted out! Bad things will happen to her. However, she does have plans to unite the Pirate Armada.
