I'm not entirely sure why I've been conned into doing this... Writing a journal thing, so I might as well make it somewhat useful and have it as a self note of my Rules... But also as a means to remember certain.... Individuals who I permit to see more than once.
A picture, drawn by a client of mine (whose name I forgot despite his signature that's somewhere on the page.) It's apropos for my first entry into this thing in which I specify my rules.
Rosalia's Rules:
[/b] [5] You dare touch or take my pearl (the pendent), you'll be in seriously trouble! [/ul] More rules to add as and when they come to me.... Rosalia[/color][/i]

9:40 Dragon - 1st of Firstfall
Well, seen as I have some peace and quiet from clients and it's my day off, I might as well write in this thing again. But a bit more about me rather than just rules.... *Sighs* I really do not see the point in this, but if Atisha sees me doing this then Madam Revas will be happy.....
Anyway....
My Mother, Talisia...... A dancer if you would believe it, and yes I suppose she does look somewhat Elven like..... A question that I never asked, perhaps I should..... Well, in any case it's odd to believe that she had me, I swear I look nothing like her.
Harder to believe that she still loves my Father despite the fact that the only thing there was between them in the first place, was simply an 'Artist' and his Client. And somehow it just turned into more when I came along...... Very strange.
I learned most of my dances from her, as well as where I inherited my physique and grace I suppose.... Maybe my complexion... Anyway, Talisia was certainly a beautiful person and she certainly was kind and loving towards me, even if I wasn't exactly expected, she loves me anyway for I am.
I've never really been able to describe my Father, well not enough to justify who he is really but this sketch that someone made is.... Good enough I suppose.
Ironically, he's in the same business as me, or I am in the same as he is, whichever way it goes! *Whispers* He's the one on the left, my Mother's on the right.
At any rate, over the years he saved up the money, along with Sanga, to buy me a Pearl which I now proudly wear as a 'Daughter of the Pearl'. My Father, Carios, was a kind man, he tried so hard to not get me into the business but in the end he realised that it was my own decision in the end and he respected it, though he was the first to realise that I needed to move away from The Pearl and find my own place to make my mark.
I certainly miss him more than my Mother, and he says that it's clear that I do in my letters. *Sighs*
My Grandmother, from my Mother's side at any rate, Teresa. A very elegant lady, never shouted but you could always tell when she was not pleased with you or anything by her quiet tone which made you realise that she was disappointed. I only did that once, and have never forgotten it.
Although not a dancer by trade, Grandmama held herself with grace, poise.... Almost nobly, which is odd to think considering that I doubt any of our family were Nobility. She was sure glad that I was a girl, she once told me. Apparently she wouldn't of known what to teach me if I turned out to be a boy. *Chuckles* She always did have a warm sense of humour.
Sanga..... My first Boss, Mentor and friend....... But also taught me a very important rule: Keep your distance from the Madam unless, or until, she makes the first approach and defines the relationship. Till that point, it's 'Madam' whatever their first name or last name is.
Sanga was certainly proud when I told her of my decision of what it was I wanted to do, and she let me pick who it was to.... 'Ease my way into the business side of the job'.... I think that's how she phrased it.
Oh Lupio.......
Uh oh.... I better stop writing, if Atisha finds out who it was who helped me into this job..... I'd never hear the end of it!
