CHARACTERISTICS
Appearance: Rosalia has a nicely pale complexion which has seen enough sun to remain healthy without seeming to be damaging her; her Mahogany coloured hair compliments her skin as well as her light green eyes which hold a strange mystical quality to them that men (and sometimes women) get drawn to or sometimes mesmerised in.
She keeps herself nice and trim by going for nice, casual walks around Val Foret or by dancing (either the actual meaning of dance or her special 'dance'). She keeps up a little bit of muscle from some of her work as a Rogue, though she rarely uses her skills except in defense of her fellows.... Occasionally clients if she really likes them.
Personality: For most of her clients, Rosalia is quite pliable in her personality if they are looking for more than just an 'outlet', depending on the type of person they are, she will adjust herself to match sometimes. Unless they have a specific wish to see the real her.
In that case, they will find quite a lovely lady in many aspects and not just physical. Kind, generous with her time, patient with others and on the whole gentle....As well as someone who obviously enjoys sex; Rosalia keeps herself closest to her brothers and sisters of the Brothel, but quite a distance from the Madam for reasons that she keeps to herself.
One thing that she has a problem with is those who want to 'make love', it's a concept rather unknown to her due to having been raised with sex and nothing really more so would be confused if anyone experienced let her take the lead with such things.
Rosalia prefers to choose her clients as much as possible, though is generally given as a Royal Treatment Courtesan rather than just a cheapy which she is thankful to the Madam for. Upon the rare event, Rosalia will give herself to someone for 50 silver instead of 2 Sovereigns if her interest is piqued enough by someone when outside of work.
HISTORY
Born to a Male Prostitute for a Father and a Dancer for a Mother at The Pearl, it isn't surprising that Rosalia grew up into the business, despite her parents trying to shield such a fact from her as much as possible. In the end they failed, but Rosalia understood that they wanted her to make a future for herself rather than be forced to do something which caused her to be born.
Rosalia spent much of her childhood being raised by the other prostitutes or by Sanga rather than her parents due to their busy schedules, but this helped Rosalia to learn many skills, including how to change her personality to something another client would like, along with dancing, singing and a little bit of blade work/maintenance which helped her to make her bladed fan.
Soon coming of age, Sanga gave Rosalia the choice of whether to be a part of business or to find work elsewhere so Rosalia chose to work as a Courtesan and give up her Virginity, thankful she also had a free choice of who to pick to help her out as well as teach her some of the basics.
She soon moved out of the Pearl due to having too many numbers at The Pearl so was sent to a Brothel in Val Ferot with the parting gift being a Pearl pendent which she keeps close to her heart and she still writes to her whole family in Ferelden.
