As much as I wish it were not true I cannot deny, just as I cannot deny the atrocities that occurred in his name. Whilst it cannot be argued that he deserved punishment I wish he were still here today, people seem to have forgotten the man that he once was. He was a hero, my hero and my mentor and though his body has been committed to the flames his spirit and legacy remain.
Some of us know what honour and loyalty are.
Someone must ensure that the fight goes on and having stood at his right hand so long I cannot allow another to do so. His daughter also remains and she cannot be allowed to fall. I will continue to do my duty and I will do whatever it takes to protect the Ferelden that he helped to create.
Even at the cost of my life.
Now I hear that Loghain's successor Landon has fallen and Gwaren, sweet Gwaren has been burnt to the ground by a force of barbarians. This Arcill leading them had best hope that we never share a battlefield.
Or I shall end him.
