So yeah, just so that it's easier to keep track.

The Talin Family
Arl Edmund: The Arl of Gherlen's Pass, Arl Edmund is a skilped warrior and a formidable diplomat. He fought in the war against Orlais and despite he friendship with Loghain sided with the wardens at the landsmeet. Age 68. Class: Warrior (Champion)
Arlessa Elizabeth: A strong woman with a keen heart, Arlessa Elizabeth is well know for her analytical and academic skill, as well as her musical prowess. She was widely sought after in her youth however only Edmund was able to successfully win her heart. Age 62 Class: Civilian
Alfred: The eldest of the Talin siblings and heir apparent, Alfred has inherited many of the same qualities as his father and is the leader of the region's knights. In spite of his skill at arms he was ordered to remain within the pass during the battle of Ostagar in case it ended poorly, he did however get to fight alongside his brothers at Denerim. Level headed and calm most of the time, he cannot resist getting into competition with Azrael. Age 35 Class: Warrior (Champion)
Eric: The second Talin brother and the only one who could come close to matching Alfred with the sword and shield, Eric was to become commander of the pass until Harold's talent for magic was discovered at which point he joined the templars in order to protect his little brother and the pair are currently in one of the family's many hides in the frostbacks although he is struggling with minor Lyrium withdrawl due to not getting quite enough. Known as the guardian angel of the Talin for his protective nature. He fought alongside his brothers at the battle of Denerim. Age 33. Class: Warrior (Templar)
Catherine: Twin sister of Eric, Catherine is the most like both parents out of the Talin children, quick of both mind and tongue she is highly organised and very good at administration. She also happens to be proficient with a bow and is well known for her beauty however finding a suitor up to her standards may prove impossible. Age 33. Class: Rogue
Edward: The fourth Talin brother, Edward does not share the martial calling of his elder siblings and frequently whines. He is somewhat lazy and unreliable. Though he would willingly die for him Azrael can appear to be disdainful of him at times and is easily annoyed by his younger brother. Age 26 Class: Civilian
Lily: The youngest sister of the Talin family, Lily is noted as having a heart of gold and is always willing to help people. Azrael is highly protective of her and it was her kidnapping three years ago that spurred Azrael to return to the pass. Age 24 Class: Civilian
Harold: The youngest of the Talin family, Harold was the apple of his mother's eye until his talent for magic was discovered, at which point he was reluctantly sent to the circle for training. Through Eric who was stationed there as a templar he has been able to keep in touch with the rest of the family and proved capable with both blade and magic. Currently hiding in a hold in the frostbacks with Eric. Age 22 Class: Mage (Arcane Warrior)
Commander Frederic: The current commander of the Arling's forces, the Arl's younger brother was one of the best swordsmen in Ferelden in his prime and gained great honours during the war with Orlais, to the point that Loghain accepted an oath of brotherhood from him. He later led the Arling's forces at ostagar but was heavily wounded and would have been lost without Azrael. He currently stands constant vigil over the border to Orlais, ready to respond at the first sign of hostility. Age 62 Class: Warrior (Champion)

Azrael's hand picked group of fighters, each one brings something unique to the table. There are about thirty of them, The best of which are listed below:
Rufus Whitesun: Azrael's childhood friend sworn brother and most trusted lieutenant, it is rare that Rufus is more than a few yards from his captain. His loyalty to Azrael is unquestionable and he is more than willing to put himself on the line to carry out his duty. More often than not he is found getting his friend out of trouble but has been rewarded with a recent promise that he may take the hand of Lily Talin in marriage. He is acknowledged as being somewhat handsome, with shoulder length light Brown hair and a neatly trimmed beard. Age: 28, class: Warrior
Ulric Dace: Ulric Dace was once destined to be something great. The favoured nephew of the head of the family, he was in line to become the marshall of the house's warriors until political intrigue by his own cousin led to him being disgraced. In his anger he struck the offending cousin down on the spot once he realised what had happened and was banished to the surface. Once there the once handsome and proud dwarven noble changed so much that his own mother would have striggled to recognise him. He had become nothing more than a deathseeker and his appearance changed heavily over the first few months. First he lost an eye, then he shaved his long auburn hair into a mohawk and got a number of tattoos. He cared little for others and only wished to die in battle. Then he met Azrael. The chance meeting rekindled something that had been lost within the dwarf and he swore himself to the human's service, becoming one of his most trusted warriors and favourite drinking buddy. Age 42 Class: Warrior (Beserker)
Lucille lechat: An Orlesian bard who was hired to assassinate Alfred, however she was beaten by Azrael who spared her life, resulting in her swearing to serve him. She is now part of Azrael's inner circle and the pair even had several relationships before the blight. She is usually employed in a honeytrap strategy, luring her targets into traps or turning them against each other, don't let that fool you though, she is highly skilled with her bow and daggers and behind the pretty face and long silver blonde hair lies one of the most cunning minds in Ferelden. Age: 28
Tyron: The son of both a dalish and city elf, Tyron was brought up in one of the poor districts of Wulfsrock,

Garm: Azrael's Mabari, raised from a pup by his own hand, the chestnut brown warhound is slightly leaner than most of his kind, trained more for agility and pursuit than general warfare, he is still a bundle of muscle however. Garm is oddly bipolar however- much of the time he is an extremely overfriendly dog and will practically lick you to death, as soon as he picks up a threat however he snaps and does everything he can to get rid of it before suddenly returning to normal. Hr has an apparently wicked sense of humour.
