Just thought I'd put this up - Mariana's getting involved in some really interesting plots and I want a place for ideas. From everyone! Bwahahaha!

Ha! Well I guess we should perhaps add the plots we were talking about last night. Here are the ideas, they are of course up for discussion: - Mariana and Alistair develops a relationship, although Alistair also has a relationship to Empress Celene, and a strange relationship with Anora.
- Alistair perhaps makes Mariana pregnant (Although I and Anora have also talked that she might get pregnant, this however makes it difficult considering David Gaider`s and Bioware`s writing about the unfertility.)
- Maybe Anora makes it difficult for Alistair and Mariana to met, if she finds about Mariana`s pregnancy, then that might create some drama.
- Mariana could be sent away by Anora`s orders while being pregnant, giving birth to a child in the future, not telling who is the father.
- Mariana could return to Alistair should she sense he is in danger of being killed.

Before I forget, I thought I'd add one other idea we threw around:
- Mariana meets and helps Arcill while she is away from Denerim, then learns of his plan to go to war on Ferelden and leaves to warn Alistair

Hey Mariana, I was thinking of a plot for Zerthan, and what better way than to meet up with him. Perhaps after you settle with Alistair and Arcill, travel some more...
What do you think? He is looking for Hawke after all, maybe he could "question you"? Feel free to elaborate with me here.

Ah, yes, I actually rather like that idea. Hmm... and exactly how would he "question" her? Mariana doesn't have any particular loyalty toward Hawke, certainly, but she doesn't like being played either...

Hmmm... aside from the little wild fling fun we've been having thus far, did you have anything else planned for Mari that might require Myles' personal touch. I was thinking of a bit of mischief in Kont-arr, something to delay Qunari encroachment into Rivain.

Ha, good stuff all around then! Well, it would certainly involve some wetwork, Mari, with a tone not quite as merry as Men in Uniform. A lot of it involves reinforcing the Rivanni's belief in their natural traditions, even if they've converted to the Qun. Some of this is going involve doing horrible things the more vocally atheistic, even if they're decent folk besides that one flaw, in Myles' eyes. How morally black is Mariana willing to go?

Hmm, well it would certainly go towards helping the Rivani maintain their way of life, help amp up their belief in the traditional religion. See, the Qunari don't demand that the Rivani give up their pantheistic beliefs, but they do believe that such archaic traditions will eventually fade away, and there view of bruxo, bruxa, and other Rivanni seers is no different from their view of Sareebas. They might not press the issue too hard, but there are bound to be a few more vocal individuals who need... culling.

Such vocal individuals would probably not fall under Mariana's definition of "people to treat well." She probably wouldn't be averse to using some... extreme measures to deal with them. At least, not if she has a reason to.
