Hmmm. Well in DA 2 it was definitely in Act 2 when you choose Orsino's option to destract the Quanari at the gates. He is so bad ass when he's doing that. I'm mad at Bioware for making me kill him.
In Origins it was either the party banter with anyone and Morrigan, or siding with the werewolves and killing Zatherian and his clan. Though I felt kind of bad doing it, since I was a Dalish myself.

I have three fav moments in DAO, the first is the lovely convo with Alistair about his virginity. Yes, the licking a lampost in winter line is epic. XD The second is Morrigan and Sten's conversation about Sten 'eyeing up Morrigan', very funny. And the last is the lovely convos of Wynne and Zevran...the little perv that he is.
In DA 2... I'm not too sure though I do love any moments involving the dog...I'll have to get back to you on this one...

In DA2, DEFINITELY the Arishok's rant, "Fixing your mess is not a demand of the Qun, AND YOU SHOULD ALL BE GRATEFUL!" -The hyper masculinity right there killed me, I was so ready to convert to the Qun by that point. In addition to this ALL the party banter between Isabela and Aveline. Solid gold stuff there.
In DA, party banter with Morrigan and pretty much anyone else.

You know, i only ever had Loghain in my party on one playthrough, and I never got to hear his bit with Wynne, I'll have to do a dive through youtube videos to find out.
Oooo, another bit of glorious banter. The random dialogue that happens between Fenris, Anders, and Isabella if you manage to bang all three. It's one of those priceless moments in my personal gaming history.

Also - Taking Oghren to the Dalish camp. The first time you talk to Varathorn with him in your party, Varathorn makes a comment about 'archetypal antagonism' that amuses the crap outta me.
