Charlise smiled as she watched Seraphina observe the wolf and understood the woman's awe. Wolves were indeed a noble marvel, and to be able to call one a friend was a great testamony to someone's character. "And an honourable friend you have, Inera. Dor'falon is indeed welcome, as are you.... It is true that we need every help we can get, now and... So far it seems, for some time..." She sighed, a little tired herself as she hoped Rhys would see reason.
Thankfully Rhys had apologised, giving the cold as tribute to his current temperament which helped lessen the tension in Charlise's mind and shoulders as she took a steady breath before turning to Rhys.
"Is there anything I can be of assistance with Rhys? The Infrimary need help, any children that need supervision?" She asked, she wanted to get to work as soon as possible to work out who of her brothers and sisters were indeed here despite the fact that she just got here, it would certainly help her to continue forward.

Inera allowed a tiny smile to show when the youngest mage crouched to meet Dor’falon’s eyes.
The wolf leaned forward, his ears flickering back and forth in interest and his front paws kneading the ground, but he obediently remained seated by Inera’s side.
“Be careful not to be too submissive – if he thinks he can control you, he will try. Even I have to remind him frequently who is in charge,” she said quietly, nodding in silent approval when the wolf’s closest ear swivelled towards her and he grabbed a swift glance at her before going back to examining the crouching mage.
Inera had to bite her tongue when the pale-haired woman stood and addressed the male Enchanter. She was hardly tired, and the weather had very little to do with her temper. It occurred to her however, that if her previous comments hadn’t been too rude for most ‘civilised’ people, then this one might be.
She settled for returning the soft-spoken mage’s miniscule smile with one of her own, and a nod that could be construed as grateful, sharing it with the female Enchanter when she spoke.
Although her smile faded and her lips thinned slightly when the male Enchanter spoke again, she bowed her head to hide it when she heard his words instead of just his voice.
“Apology accepted, Senior Enchanter, as are your offers.” New, or at least repaired clothes and armour, and a few decent meals she hadn’t cooked herself would be more than welcome.
“Might I suggest dispatching a group to deal with the Templars that followed me, should they be sighted? Better that they are lost tracking me, than return to their superiors with news of your location,” she said, dipping her head in what she hoped was a humble nod. Her position here was still a little too precarious to go ordering people around, after all.
His question drew a wry, curved smile from her.
“I’ve been on my guard for the past few years, Senior Enchanter. I don’t intend to let that falter because there are a few stone walls between me and my pursuers,” she said, hoping her smile negated any bite her words might imply. The absurdity of relaxing her guard amused her a little more than it probably should.

Rhys considered Inera's proposal and shuddered, seemingly of the cold, when Charlise offered her help at the infirmaries.
"I don't have any plans, but I suppose you could go to the infirmary or help train the mages on the yard. Your choice. Thanks."
Then, turning his eyes to Inera(he couldn't help but to glance at the giant wolf on the way), he said:
"If you know where they are, we'll send some mages down there. But templar patrols this close to the Reach might indicate that there's a larger group nearby - or that they have very poor leadership."
Rhys' lips curved into a smile. "Knowing templars, it's the latter."
"In fact," he added, "I'll go down there myself. I need something to warm me up, and roasting some templars might just do it." He looked around himself for Charlise. "Will you come as well?" he said when he noticed her.
